Im paying 79 a month have 5 IP's and get 384K out and 1.5 meg down.
had it for over 2 years now and other than my router going down once its never 
been down, covad swapped my router out the same day too.

having dealt with every ISP so far the only ones i would deal with is 
covad /megapath and speakeasy

and megapath and speakeasy both go over covads network.
Im getting ready in the next few months to upgrade my bandwidth to 768K out 
and 3Meg down for 99 a month
